Stunning detail with particular emphasis on shape. The curve of your back, the contour of her arm and hand, and the symetry between both her knee to right above her ankle and your mid to lower back are almost elegant in design.
I love the lighting used in this image as well. I believe it gives sharp contrast to both yours and the other model's hair colours and skin tone.
Lastly, I like the definition of the ribs on your back and the ligiments and vessels on her foot and neck as it shows, in my opinion, the eternal internal struggle between pleasure and resistance. Almost as if there is a voice telling you it is wrong and yet you cannot... will not stop.
I will say that this pose has been done before but let us be honest and say that one is hard pressed to find a 100% original pose in this day and age.
Overall a very nice work indeed.
